COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Oriental Motor CMK243APA-SG7.2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Reliance products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pacific-Scientific parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Panasonic product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Reliance such as the 3MV40015 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the S32GNNAHGNM00 manufactured by Pacific-Scientific and we are pleased to be able to service most Pacific-Scientific systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MDMA082D1G by Manufacturer Panasonic as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Reliance Brand 086466060V in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Osai such as OS8290P equipment made by Osai have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Osai products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Osai" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 15FR4032 made by Reliance as well as the popular BLX75L original spares produced by Parker Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PCD15TA3PCD15TA3 by Oriental-Motor and OS8290P spares by Osai are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SC720SC723A001 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Pacific-Scientific. |
